Steps to Reconstitute Peptides
1. Items you will need to reconstitute your peptide are; Alcohol with cotton swab or pads, Bacteriostatic water for injection, *100 Unit Sterile Insulin syringe individually packaged, Latex or comparable gloves (some people do not use these), Clean fresh washed hands.
2. Note the Mg of the product. (10mg, 500mg)
3. The dose you need daily. (.5mg, 1mg, 20mg)
4. Use the measurepeptide.com calculator to enter info *See photo below*
5. You will need to know how many mcg to covert mg to units.
***IMPORTANT***
When injecting the Bac Stat (BS) into the vial, MAKE SURE the needle is to the side of the vial to limit the amount of BS hitting the peptide. HOLD the plunger as you insert the needle or the suction of the vial will pull the BS and disrupt the peptides.
Peptides are delicate and need to be handled gently. Once the BS is in the vial, gently swirl the product. DO NOT SHAKE the vial.
Below is a quick reference chart for converting mg → mcg:

👉 The simple rule is always:
Multiply mg × 1000 = mcg100,000 mcg
6. Now apply this to the calculator to find the amount of units to draw into the syringe each time
Water mL= the amount of Bacteriostatic water or Bac stat you are diluting the product with. This amount doesn’t matter how much unless you are mixing a product that might cause it to sting and then always goo with a higher amount.
Peptide mg = the peptide you are mixing mg
Mcg = the converted mg to mcg

Example: Tirzepatide (T10) 10mg.
I want to take 2.5mg as a starting dose.
Water mL = 1ml (for more units to inject you can increase this)
Peptides mg = 10mg
Desired dosage mcg = 2500mcg

This can be very confusing. There are many words and numbers that do not make sense especially when you first start using them.
One last suggestion, purchase a small printer that hooks to your phone. This will allow you to make a label for your products that has exactly how you mixed it, with what amount. dosing for each injection & the date you mixed it. This is a standard in all the products dealt with.
